Silvi designs backend systems that perform consistently, from peak traffic to routine days. She architects Java-based services and APIs, choosing microservices when domain complexity and team cadence warrant it, and monoliths when simplicity wins. She bakes automation into the flow: event-driven notifications that assign work instantly, data-entry assists that lower error rates, and built-in observability that turns issues into measurable signals.
Before joining Scribex, she delivered consumer platforms and led cloud and physical-to-cloud migrations. She holds a Master’s in Informatics & Applied Mathematics. Her approach is direct: map the real process, model failure points, and pick tools to match the stage of growth.
